The OBLISK (above) is 8 feet tall, 4 feet square at the bottom and 4 inches square at the top. As yet unfinished, it presently contains a light sensitivity section, four digital pitch generators, eight melodic sequencers, one glissando machine, and its own mixer and amplifier speaker system. When finished, it will be a performance instrument as well as an environment sensitive sculpture.
