A live and 'real-time' scene is played out continuously, like a perpetually-moving still from a film - but can be altered when the observer walks into the picture. Their presence between the light and camera causes new acoustic variations; their own presence affecting the soundtrack.
The combination of the eery glow, the warmth & smell, and the uneasy real-time orchestral soundtrack mix to form the atmosphere of the place."
